How to Create a Training Class

Prerequisites

Before creating a class, ensure:

You are logged in as an Administrator or a user with Training permissions.
To add Classes to your RangeWorks services contact Support

Steps to Create a Training Class

1. Navigate to the Training Page

From the Admin Dashboard, go to Training

While in "Classes" click “Create Class” button.

2. Enter Class Details

Fill out the following fields:

Field	Field Description
Class Name	A clear name for the class (e.g., “Intro to Range Safety”)
Description	Brief overview of what the class covers (Internal description of the class)
Tags	Information to allow customers to filter and sort class types easier Skill Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Certification, Survival, Youth, Competition, Beginner/Intermediate, Intermediate/Advanced, All Firearm Type: Handgun, Carbine, Shotgun, Knife, Semi-Automatic Rifle, Unarmed, Medical, Rifle, Archery Certification Type: CCW, NRA, Private Security, Firearm Safety Certificate, LTC, PTC, POST Certificate, GGC Certificate, CFP, USCCA, Holster, Appendix Carry, CWP, CPL Competition Type: USPSA, IDPA, 3-Gun, 2-Gun, Cowboy Action Shooting, Precision Pistol Competition, ICORE, Bowling Pin Shooting, GSSF, Outlaw League
Checkout Form Optional Settings	Select to enable the following at check out: Require Driver's License: Enforces collection of a valid driver's license number during all online membership sales. Useful for age verification or compliance requirements. Require Date of Birth: Requires users to enter their date of birth at checkout for all online sales. Helps enforce age restrictions or demographic tracking.
Discount Optional Settings	Select to : Disable Membership Discounts: Built-in Membership discounts will no longer apply. Disable Promotion Discounts: Promotion discounts will no longer apply. Will not stop whole order discounts.

3. Create Class

Click "Create Class" button
