Configuring Marketing Integrations: OtterText

Steps to Configure OtterText Integration

NOTE: This feature can be enabled by simply entering your OtterText Text API Key

1. Navigate to the Account Settings Page

  • From the Admin Dashboard, go to Account Settings

  • While in "Account" select Marketing Integrations tab

2. Integration Set Up

a. Click the OtterText Setup

~Integration with the OtterText platform. Once enabled, customers will be able to sign up for text message communication during order checkout.

i. Enter

A. Text API Key

B. Permissions (Check or uncheck to enable/disable the integration)

b. Click "Save Changes"
